'Boulder Dash' is a game from the pilot episode of Takeshi's Castle.

The contestants had to get straight across a hill to the other side to be able to continue on to the next game. If they slipped down to the bottom of the hill they lost and were out.

To make things difficult, the hill was really muddy so it was very hard to keep your footing and not slide down. Takeshi's guards also added a further obstacle by throwing rocks and logs down the hill to try and knock the contestants off their feet.
